Purchasing jewelry
Most of the items in my collection are one-of-a-kind.
You can purchase them via Beadalena store on Etsy here (on vacation now).
If you are interested in purchasing a custom design, or a design you saw at the show, please contact Beadalena for availability or to secure the item via rhapsodyinbeads@hotmail.com or contact us. Include your contact information, i.e. your name, shipping address, the best phone number to reach you, and your email address. Beadalena uses Paypal card processing services for purchasing. Note: please do not put your credit card number in your email. Email is not secure.

S&H charges
We strive to process your order within 1-2 business days. Delivery times are affected by holiday seasons. Please anticipate delays during peak times.
Beadalena is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, particularly when postal record shows delivery confirmation.
We use USPS First Class for mail delivery and charge $4/per package.
If you'd like to receive your order sooner, please email me, we'll upgrade your S&H charges to USPS priority 1-3 days at $7/per package.

Exchanges
Quality of my work is very important to me. If there is a workmanship defect, I will fix it. You will have to pay shipping to Beadalena. I will ship free of charge back to you. I reserve the right to determine if it was a workmanship defect, or not. If it is not a workmanship defect, you will be charged for the repair. Please package the item securely for shipping (preferably in a bubble wrap package) and include your contact information, i.e. your name, shipping address, the best phone number to reach you, and your email address.
